As a CertainTeed Select Shingle Roofer, Stan’s Roofing & Siding is in the top 1% of roofing professionals in the country. That gives us the privilege of offering our roofing customers CertainTeed’s excellent SureStart™ warranty coverage.

SureStart provides the strongest protection you can get in the vital early years after your new roof has been applied. Simply put, if a manufacturing defect is discovered during the SureStart period, CertainTeed will provide reimbursement of 100% of the cost of the shingles and labor to repair the defective shingles or apply new shingles to replace the defective shingles (exclusive of costs of tear-off, metal work and disposal).  SureStart protection is not prorated or otherwise reduced over time.

In addition to the product and materials warranties supported by the manufacturers we represent, Stan’s Roofing & Siding offers our own 10-year Workmanship Warranty on Chicago roofing systems that we install. This means you can rest assured that if anything goes wrong after the work is completed we’ll be right there to repair or replace the problem area.
