Felicia entered the Stan's family early in 2019. All of her past experiences and her degree show some level of customer service. This has allowed her the ability to work with the homeowners on a more personal level to get to the heart of the issues in order to get them resolved. Daily you can hear her chatting with the homeowners to schedule their appointments, working with the repair crew guys and production assistant in order to produce the schedule for repairs to take place. Her favorite part of this job is that she loves to talk to various people and hear their life stories and them help them to resolve their home issues as best she can. When shes not in the office, Felicia likes to spend time with her family. She also loves going to and watching movies, dancing, reading and writing. Rumor is....she has a published book as well.
