This previous customer of Stan's Roofing & Siding called us to replace a piece of aluminum trim that had some dents in it.  

This homeowner called Stan's Roofing & Siding when they noticed some marks on their wall.  Our Project Consultant found the cause of the leak to be from the roof where the addition was built.

We removed the shingles in that area and put down the ice and water shield and installed new shingles.   We also repitched a gutter and installed a new downspout, so less water flows into the saddle area to prevent ice build-up. 

This homeowner in Tinley Park, IL, called Stan's Roofing & Siding because he was experiencing a roof leak and needed a free estimate.  Our Project Consultant discovered missing shingles and also found that the metal near the valley was improperly flashed.  He also saw that the rubber soil stack was cracked. 

 Our crews replaced the missing shingles.  They fixed the flashing on the lower roof, where the valley meets the wall.   Metal should be installed under the shingles of the valley and baby tins. We also replaced the cracked rubber soil stack with new lead flashing.

Fascia had broken off the front of this home's garage leaving the wood exposed to the elements.  Our repair crew replaced the missing piece and sealed it all off with aluminum trim.

To better protect your fascia, aluminum wrapping is the way to go.  It keeps the elements out and gives the area a clean crisp look that will not need to be painted.

Our crew removed and replaced the rotted wood fascia board and installed a new aluminum fascia piece.  In another area, they replaced the missing piece of the soffit.

Our service crew removed the damaged siding, installed new ice and water shield up the wall.  Fabricated and installed new wall to roof flashing.  Put up house wrap where the siding was removed and over the new flashing.  They then installed new wood siding.

This homeowner in Lockport, IL, counted 32 shingles missing from her roof.  She asked us to repair them.  Our crew replaced all the missing shingles.

Again no job is too small for Stans.  This homeowner had a tiny spot on the trim that touched siding that was not caulked.  While a section of the trim was cracked, it was actually leaking from this other area and the homeowner opted to keep the old trims in placed and we sealed the spot in question.

This homeowner had a very small area of siding that was misplaced.  Our crews were quick to fix it for them.

We removed the vertical board and batten on the front of the house. We removed trim around the window about the garage door.  Replaced any bad wood.  Installed new double 4 1/2 inch standard lap siding.

The plumbing flashing boot was starting to split and the caulk was seperating from it as well.  Our crew replaced it with a new lead plumbing flashing and sealed it properly and re-shingled the are around in the process.

During a rough storm, a tree damaged a large section of the side of the home.  Our crew removed the damaged area and replaced it with new siding.

The east side of the home's siding suffered damage.  We replaced the entire side with new siding.
