Initially we were sold based on the knowledgeable and personable salesman and subsequently Kevin, the owner. The presentation was extremely thorough with photos of the project, any work hazards and special requests noted, and product information is very clear and pricing itemized and understandable. Questions were answered immediately and any delays (i.e. supply chain and COVID issues) were acknowledged and explained. Terri in the office is personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful during the process. Andy and Chris, the installers, were detail-oriented, skilled, had a great work ethic and were personable as well. We were very pleased with our experience. Good communication from the owner (Kevin) project manager (Scott) and especially the office (Terri). Terri is a key component to keeping us informed, which helped us with delays and start-dates. The detailed presentation sold us. It confirmed that we were all on the same page with the project and what we requested, plus some obstacles to be concerned about (i.e. the pond and the new concrete driveway). Stan Roofing and Siding did a great job!
I called Stan in the afternoon, and he came by the following morning to inspect my siding and give me an estimate. Stan felt the flashing around the window was the problem and told me it could be fixed with caulk. His crew came out about a week later and re-caulked the windows and flashing. I have not had any water leaks since. Stan Roofing and Siding did a great job! A pleasure to work with after going round in round with the builder's sub.
