Not a large job yet Stans was willing to do this project for a reasonable price.

Everything replaced looks great! Terri was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Rich Moser convinced me to go with a certain color combination. Everything looks fantastic! Both crews accomplished everything in 3 days. Considering everything was replaced that is amazing! Excellent in hauling away the old material and cleaning up after the jobs were completed. I noticed the reputation of the company and the years in operation. Also, the comments provided by other customers. My village hall was also very complimentary.

All parties I dealt with were professional and accommodating to my concerns. Terri Cirar provided assistance with my invoice and homeowners insurance forms tied to Malarkey Roof shingles. Rich provided an estimate after using a drone to take pictures of the roof and gutters prior to the start of the project. Very helpful when choosing new colors for siding, gutters and roof. Project manager Scott Higgins and the two crews (Nikita for roof and Juan's crew for rest of project) were outstanding. All of them were patient with me during the entire process and took the time to answer all my questions. Did a nice job after each project was completed and used a magnetized sweeper to assure me no nails would be present on the driveway. I found Stan's on the internet and read the positive customer comments. I noticed the experience factor of 54 years in the business. I also asked my village about Stan's reputation in town. I was given a very positive response. Previously, I contacted another company and did not hear back from them. Representatives from Stan's Roofing and Siding met with me right away. This highly rat
