The project was handled with efficiency and professionalism. Felicia listens, is attentive to detail, follows through, and has a great balance between welcoming and business-like. Dan is efficient and knowledgeable. The man who repaired the garage gable did excellent work. He clearly takes pride in his work. Both of the two crews who repaired the garage frame were orofessional, accommodating, instructive about various aspects, extraordinarily polite, and excellent craftsmen. Each of the garage frame repair crews left the property spotless. Stan's put 2 roofs on my childhood home in Palos Park 20+ years apart. When my own home needed a new roof 10 years ago, Stan's was at the top of my list of 3 companies and remained there after meeting and receiving estimates from all. When wind damage necessitated repair there was no hesitation to use Stan's for the work.

Great Reputation. Everything was excellent except for length of time to complete repair. I understand you have to work with weather etc... everyone was perfect to work with. It's just sometimes you are not in a position to be able to wait that long. That would be the only reason that I could see to why you would loose any business.

I chose your company because of its longevity and family involvement. This company has a strong reputation in installing Hardie fiber cement siding and Landmark Pro roofing. A coworker recommended your company to me. I spent a lot of my time developing my vision for this project: renovating a 120 year old house. Your company tried to accommodate my requests and offer suggestions. Nice job of showing me visualization tools online. I used them in making my decisions on color selection.

Very professional; competitive price
Previously installed my roof; very professional; competitive price; I knew I could count on you to do the "right" job. Just a small amount of debris was left near the front door presumably from mulch being pushed out of beds from activities of installation.
