The fascia was warped in some areas therefore pulling away from the home. In other areas it was rotting and causing the gutter to start to pull away from the garage. While the area covered isn't huge, fascia boards provide crucial protection along the edge of the roof. We explained the issues at hand and helped the resident understand the importance of top quality fascia.
We replaced the wood fascia in the affected areas and reattached the existing gutter system. Our team was careful around the resident's property and worked hard to remedy the issue with minimal impact on the homeowner's schedule. Another job well done for our team of professionals!
