Your home is inspected twice per year by trained Stan’s professionals using a structured, multi-point inspection process.
Each inspection includes a visual review of:

Siding, soffit, fascia, and exterior components
Gutters and drainage performance
Attic insulation and ventilation (when accessible)
Interior indicators of moisture or leakage
After each visit, you receive a clear photo report with findings and recommendations.
✔ One Annual Standard Gutter Cleaning
Care Club includes one standard gutter cleaning per year, which covers:
Single-story homes
Up to 200 linear feet
Debris removal and water flush to confirm proper flow
Homes with additional height, length, or complex gutter systems may require an additional labor charge, quoted in advance.
✔ Stan’s Bucks — Your Money Comes Back to You
Every dollar you pay into Care Club is credited back to your account as Stan’s Bucks.
$420 per year (annual plan)
or $35 per month (monthly plan)

Credits may be used for up to 10% of a future project value, with unused balances rolling forward as long as your membership remains active.
