Great project we completed in Hometown IL, where we replaced the existing roof with a new CertainTeed Landmark Shingle roof.  We installed a new ridge vent system on the house to give them the best possible venting for their attic. We also installed a new chimney housing!

We removed and refastened the aluminum corner and installed a new white corner piece.

What a GREAT looking project we completed in Palos Heights IL.  We completely transformed this house.  The dormers were rebuilt to allow a stronger roof line.  The new CertainTeed Grand Manor shingles on the Mansard Roof are an upgrade, and changing the old aluminum siding material to a more modern look of James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding made a huge difference.  The color choice of the darker Soffit, Fascia and Gutters made a great accent point also.

Homeowner said they had a leak in their home, so our team stopped by for a detailed inspection. We removed the existing shingles, ice and water shield, and installed baby tins.  We then put new ice and water shields and shingles on to seal the spot off.  You will notice in the photos that the existing gutter edge was starting to dig and tear the shingles.  It created a small hole in the roof which is where the leak was starting from.  Our expert crew cut away a small section of the gitter so it will no longer rest on teh shingles and cut into them with the weight of the draining water.
