This homeowner is looking to sell their home and they found loose shingles on the roof. We replaced this roof in 2018, and it seems that over time, events caused some shingles to loosen.

Solution

There are many causes of shingles becoming loose or falling off. This is why we cover such things in our warranty options for our projects. These loose shingles fell under our warranty and so we came over to refasten and install any loose or damaged shingles.
